this one showed up recently as well...

Location: Yuma, Arizona   Price: $350
We took a running engine/trans out of a '58 Ford truck and have it for a really great price. This engine drove into the shop...has a new fuel pump, Holly carb, rebuilt starter. We even cut the truck's front drive shaft and are including this. Come and get it!! Call Russ at (406) 781-7233

I checked it out and there has been a update,it looks like the 292 is actually a 239 and the price has been reduced more. I was ready to send a email saying I was very interested but not now.
