Hello fellow y block f100 enthusiast, enjoyed looking thru all the pictures, here is my project i have been going on for seven years and still notdone guess it keeps me out of too much trouble.

Yes. I think it's too bad the step sides have sort of gone with the wind over the years. They are really a functional part of the pickup bed. Anyway, those running boards are original. Just needed to weld in some new steel where they bolt to the rear fender, and tap out a couple dents.

Another nice truck. Looks ready to go to work! Didn't the step side get a little rare in these years after the changeover to flat sides? Chuck
