I have a bunch of pictures to post from carlisle. I'll start with the first and the last - pulling the camper.

Here's Paul's 54 ford.

Nice meeting you at Carlisle. Was that a Tractor Supply bias on the trailer? Age of the tire? Hope no more damage than the scuffing on the trailer.

Pic's look great. Seems to be a lot more Y-Blocks compared to when I was there. Isn't it awful  the amount of damage a blowout can cause on a trailer? I blew one once at 65mph. It tore the fender cover off and ripped out a part of the trailer floor. Damage estimate was $1700. Chuck

Looking for McCullouch VS57 brackets and parts. Also looking for 28 Chrysler series 72 parts. And early Hemi parts.

The tires were 2005 chinese nanco's. I wanted to replace them before this trip, but I only had 3 days between memorial day and leaving for carlisle. I told the guys I was camping with, I need to change them before going to Knobles camping this weekend. I got new tires yesterday. It's funny how you can make time when you need to.

I was only going 50 mph on the PA turnpike, probably why not so much damage.

I'll try and post more pictures tonight.

You guys that go to columbus know Dan Bauer's ranch wagon. When I saw the spring carlisle tee shirt, I thought it might have been his. I tried to contact him through here and by e mail. I lost his phone number. I saw him at ford carlisle and he confirmed it was his car.

Pretty neat.
