Thanks for the advice. The box is in Laurel, Montana.

It is currently set up as a box trailer. I was going to cut it up to rebuild my long box, but decided to continue the search for a proper box.

Sorry, I must correct myself the axle is a model 44 Spicer. I have not checked to see if it is limited slip. according to my shop manual for 1960 they only used the 44 when running limited.

Hello,

I have a short box off a 57,58,59,60 ford truck that I would like to sell or trade for both front fenders on my 1960 F250. It includes the rearend(dana 30 I believe) and the rear bumper. If anyone is interested I will post up pics. My email is dozer59044@gmail.com.
