For me, they're a local company, and I've been there and done a fair amount with them. They are well regarded around here, and active in vintage racing and the local marque car clubs. I'm surprised to hear you've got a problem, is it quality, quantity, shipping, or whatever.

I've bought quite a bit of stuff from them, even visited their place when I went to a CVA Regional Meet while in Washington. They took my car into their shop and demonstrated their glass polish and orbital buffer on my back window for free. I've never had any problems with them and never got a run-around. Sorry to hear you're having troubles.
