what's the tube on passenger side do?
it's almost like a breather tube
it was in the way of bottom
tranny to belhousing bolt

Does it go up to the back of the Intake? If so its a later version of a breather tube. Chuck

Sounds like you have a mixture of parts. You have the air cooled bellhousing, but the tube you mention is the oil tube to the radiator tank to cool the transmission fluid. There should be a second tube fastened at the passenger side lower rear corner of the case.

'tube' was transmission line cut off and plugged
hoosier there's 3 things on passenger side
