Sign of the times, possibly. Lots of rumors on that forum. All I know is I would think it would be difficult to have the property and keep the bills paid. I can't blame the investors owners if they chose to sell if they needed to.



I saw a LOT of great stuff happen there even before it was under that name and ownership.
