Wish I had picked up the gapper for the Chevy, but didnt even consider it until hours later.   The guy that was selling had a good spot in his heart for Y's.  Talked about past racers like I should know of them, but I had to tell him my adventure with old cars trucks and engines started late.

There is a Model #300 on Ebay that says it is a universal kit but some parts are missing according to the description. Not sure if it has the right stuff for Y blocks. I think I will pass on it.

The markings on this barrel are "P & G Valve Gapper"  "P & G Mfg co"  "Pat pending", and "model 111".   Oh, and "Portland, OR"!

I chased this link down for the Model 111. It should have a barrel number of 1B and it is for Y blocks.

Mark, I dont know .  I bought it yesterday.  The man had two, one for a chevy and this one for a Y-block.  It looks like what I have seen on ebay.  There are two collar like fittings that are included.  Unfortunately I only glanced the the chevy model.  I do remember its dial indicator had a white face as opposed to this one with a yellow face.  The savings needs to be rebuilt to begin the rebuild on my '55.
