I was just doing some random searches on the internet.Found some pics of a 1953 Meteor.Looked vaguely familiar. After enlarging the pics and looking at the 4 pics of it including the exterior and interior it hit me.I built it in 1980 and sold it in 89.The pics were taken in Aug 94 at an outdoor car show. The car had been repainted a slightly different shade of Blue but the changes I had made including chrome window surrounds, dashboard repaint and oil pressure gauge where the clock was and interior door panels I made up were still in the car so I know it was mine. I dont have any idea where it is now but I could do a search at the local motor vehicle office and probably find out.Could be anywhere 17 years after the pictures were taken.Really weird experience to find it on the internet.Brought back a lot of memories. It was like seeing my first real girlfriend 20 years after I last saw her! http://www.flickr.com/photos/carphotosbyrichard/4323789872/

It's fun to find an old car of yours, I wish I knew what ever happened to my first "Fridge" Ford that I sold in 1980. Never even took a picture of it myself.

YES! I had forgotten that car and just never expected to see it on the internet.Owned it for 15 years and took it from tired stock to redone with small block Ford 289 and C-4.I had that before I got married the first time.Should have kept it and skipped the latter!
