After 18 months of gathering parts and dealing with an aging semi-retired machinist, I finally got my engine back together.

Check out my before and afters

Timbo, congrats on a nice engine!  Arent machinists interesting, semi-retired or not?  Several years ago I was dealing with one and told him the work needed to be done within a reasonable time, because the money was there now, but time plays tricks and it may not be available indefinitely.  The work took almost a year to get done.

I also like your aluminum parts!

The front cover, water pump and valley pan are painted with duplicolor ceramic silver. Looks good now, hopefully it will hold up.

Hi Timbo,  Great looking engine and a beautiful '56 Victoria.  I wish I had one like it and we would both be tickled.  Nick Brann, K.C, MO
