I don't get your reference to Overdrive? The transmission is an automatic, correct?.. Fordomatics are not in much demand usually, especially if they are in need of rebuilding. Your Ad belongs in Classifieds..

its has no overdrive...(i know some 54 ford's have over drive ,mine didnt if that matter in pricing one)...
