It's a 57 and up y block intake, judging by the carb it looks like a 57. It will fit all y blocks with later heads. Cleaned up, the intake is worth $150 but may bring more on ebay. If the carb is not frozen, it is worth $25/$50. This is the best factory intake that Ford made.

That Holley list number you have posted makes that an oem carburetor for the 57-58 Fords, Mercs, and T-Birds.  A majority of the ‘57 Thunderbirds used that particular carb.

I guess I got lucky when I bought mine on Ebay 3 years ago.The seller listed it as a Ford intake manifold.Didn't know what it was for or fit.I got it for $50.00 plus UPS to Canada.Sometimes  you can still get lucky I guess.I think the  prices on these have gotten to the point of excessive. To me $200.00 or less plus shipping is still fair.Just my opinion.Just watch for broken or cracked "ears" from excessive tightening or warped intakes causing them to break or crack.

Ted's remarks on the carb, if it's in decent shape, might indicate it's worth more than the average core Holley..

this manifold was on ebay and it had a buy it now 350 or best offer whick was 300, well from the best of the best offers being 225 it didn't sell as i think it's worth more and sure you'll find them at swap meets take your time looking and spend a little gas money and you'll find yours for less money this was for the person wanting it right now  and you pay a little more for that and if i decide to 292 my little 239 i'd already have a manifold so i was in no hurry to dump it wholesale just my 2cents  Laroy
