I took a 312 engine apart and found a rebuild tag fastened on it.It was Dura-Built engine company 7500 Mail Ave. Los Angeles Calif.Cylinder bored .060, mains & rods .010 ,Mfg. no. M9817.Probably a t bird engine,dip stick in the middle of the block.I would be interesting to know how it made its way here in Ohio Carl
