ok redesign is in order looked at my original and it is junk, another thing smooth or ribbed? smooth would be easier and to me look better but do certain pullies need to be ribbed or should it matter? any feed back would be great

Any concept drawings? You say you "didn't realize it was rubbing and the crank one is being a nightmare." I don't fully understand the problems so I can't come up with a solution.

Yet another delay I broke my foot and as such won't be able to do much building but perhaps some planning I will keep you guys posted as much as possible now I now why so many give up

ok feed back on this im thinking of the final product being a multi piece welded together unit on paper it looks like a good plan just figured id ask for your guys opinion.
