A neighbor of mine has a Edelbrock 553 trip duece intake with 3 carbs. From and rear are Ford/Fomoco 8ba's and the center is a Holley, all 94's. He wants $250. Any takers? Chuck in NH

If you think the price is too steep let me know. I don't deal in intakes and have no idea of the value. Seems like a decent price to me. Manifold looks new but has marks from the hold down clamps so it has definately been used. Perhaps it was tanked to clean it. Carbs all would need rebuilt but they are all there. Early ball type linkage mods for progressive but the linkage is not there. Give me some feedback. This guy is a non-Yblock type that works on a lot of street rods and classics its just something he had sitting on a shelf. Chuck in NH

MoonShadow, Do you  think your neighbor would be interested in a trade and cash ? Dad had trips on his bird at one time and he sold them to pay a doctor bill. I would like to return his bird to what it looked like then. I have a 600 cfm Holley that Dad had rebuilt last summer.
