I am getting ready to start scrapping a 56 two door wagon. Most of the parts unique to the wagon are good on it,tail gate, rear lift window, side glass, etc. It's a 292 overdrive car.The engine is out and disassembled, but is rebuildable. The car is pretty rusty, but could be restored, although it would be a major job.I'd sell the entire car for $900 or in the the next few days I'm going to start taking it apart. If interested in parts or the entire car give me a call or email. 660 888 2213 ph101842@yahoo.com

Paul, Did it have a 4 barrel on it before, and if so, is the bellcrank assembly, from gas pedal to intake, available? thanks, Dan

Good Morning Dan..........I'll have to dig through what's inside the car to see if the linkage is in there. It's not in the engine compartment. The engine was already out of the car when I got it.Would a straight transmission car even have the bell crank assembly? If I don't have it,a friend of mine does have an automatic car that's complete and would probably sell the bell crank assembly.

Hi, Paul
Is there any rust in the tail gate? They mostly rust trough along the bottom edge. I am seriously interested in it, although I live in Calif. I have been looking for one for quite awhile since some young Bitc, er lady on a Cell phone backed into me.
Thanks,
BOB

Paul, actually, I need the assembly from the accelerator pedal to the intake for a manual trans car. I guess I could make an auto trans car work just as well. Let me know what you find when you get a chance... DJ

Bob...........Yes the tailgate has some rust on the lower edge.I guess on a scale of 1-10,with 10 being junk, this one is probably a 5-6.The rest of it is in good shape,so it is fixable.
