Hi  Got a call from Jerry C last week.... "Want to drive down from Canada and help me put some passes on the "believe it or don't" at the Fargo-Moorhead race track??"   "  Sure,I'll see you Sunday" was my quick reply. I wasn't able to make Colombus this year and Fargo is only 3 hours south.  We had to fab a new rad/fuel tank cover to get thru tech....Jerry's original panel had been left back at the shop .  Got thru tech ok and onto the track for a warm-up pass...low 12 and back around to wait for more runs. Finished the day with a low 10.30 and 130 mph.  Had a fun day....no I didn't do any driving!!!  We were well received at the track and were invited back for next years season. Jerry commented that he got more negative feedback at Colombus from friends than at Fargo from strangers.    Barry L   Photos to come, if I can figure it out.

Hi  a few pics...... Jerry is still getting used to this set-up..,2 runs at Colombus and 4 or 5 at Moorhead. He still hasn't been able to do a full power pass thru the whole 1/4 ,so the low 10's are a good start. There's still a lot left in it,if he could get it hooked-up  ( he said it feels like it's jumping around Wink. I hope he's able to sort it out, with no rear suspension and the short wheel base , the car is really stiff.

Baz, if he does hook up, better warn USA-1 and the Strategic Air Command that the unidentified flying object is a friendly!SmileCool

Barry.  Thanks for sharing pics and info on Jerry’s progress.  Although Jerry’s new ride at first sight is a bit unorthodox, the engineering and craftsmanship in its building looks to be quite sound.  Again, thanks for the updates and waiting for the news where Jerry has busted back into the nines with the current power plant.
