Bing try this.. Go through your PM list (sent and recieved) and check the box at the far right of each of the ones you wanna get rid of, Then scroll down to the menu that says,"with selected", click the down arrow in that box and move to deleted items,

Once you have the ones you want to get rid of in your deleted items box go to your control panel again and click the "Empty PM folder" tab on the left in your menu, then select the deleted items folder and scroll down to the tab to delete it. You should get a prompt asking if you really want to delete them if you did it right.. It took me awhile to figure this out too so don't feel bad

Ya our company uses them all the time and our corporate rate is pretty good.  The only thing you need to do is have them boxed up and ready.   I will do everything on my end and UPS will come pick the up.  Total for both will be about $60.
