I'm not sure, but all the catalogs say from 57 to 59. Mine is from a 59 I was told. I checked with Dennis Carpenter and they have the whole shaft with the cam included for those years. I thank you for the reply.

Is the cam/advance mech. the same as 59-64?  A friend has some new ones that he may be willing to sell.  I need to get over there and buy one myself.  The centrifugal weight slots in his units allow a max. advance of 10 dist. degrees, as opposed to some OEM units that are 13 degrees.

Can anyone tell me where I can buy a replacement distributor cam for FEK 12127, from 57 to 59 Y block V8? Distributor is mechanical as well as vacuum. I don't mind used as long as it's good.
