John Mummert reproduced them! Check him out a www.ford-Y-blocks.com They are new and possibly cheaper than you can buy an old set. Chuck in NH

If you only need one, he will sell them individually. Think they're $200 individually as opposed to $339 (if I remember correctly) for the set, plus shipping of course. If you are outfitting 5 Y-blocks with Rams Horns, that's going to be some investment. Headers are going to run from $175 to $225 a set, but don't have nearly the "COOL FACTOR" of the Rams :-)

I am definately going with new ram horns from Mummert.

I was quoted some crazy-high prices for junk from another 56 guy here in Ohio, and can sure see buying the new ones after John gave me some discounts for multiple pairs.

Goes to show....IF YOU DON'T SHOP AROUND.....YOU CAN GET TAKEN!!

Thanks.....Bill

Good deal, glad it worked out for you. From everything I've heard (and my experience) John is a stand up guy.

Gritsandgumbo....I have seen Mummert's website, and he must be the yblock guru.

I feel much better dealing with him, then paying too much for a junk pair that some guy tells me how much he gets for them and no barter or dealing.  I generally buy what I need after careful research or what I can afford, mostly shop around till I find what I need at my price.

This is how I build so many trucks.  I use my money to get me the most from it.  Otherwise I would not be able to afford this hobby. LOL.....Mummert will be getting my money. These are brand new.  I LIKE THAT!!
