Anyone have a good new/used waterpump for a 279 Lincoln? It's in a 1952 F7. Or a rebuild kit?

Unfortunately, it looks like you aren't going to get a reply. There used to be one or two on this site that were into the Lincoln and truck engines but we haven't heard from them lately. Have you tried contacting a vintage truck group or similar? Y-Block Magazine has a contributor who's into those engines, but it would take a long time for a return on an inquiry there. Is the pump the same as a 317? Maybe our administrator Ted can steer you somewhere if he sees this post?

Paul, thanks for the response. I've been told there are minor differences in the pumps depending on diameter of the pulley and/or offset. I think I'll be pulling the pump this weekend and see if I can find some numbers to be able to just put new bearings in it. The local NAPA said they could send it to their local rebuilder in Philly and have it done, if all else fails.
