John, Thanks for ALL the pix. I especially liked the 57 f100 with the short skirts. I truly believe there is more interest now in nostalgia, suede and interesting engines like the Y-Block. In your welcome thread you asked if we were going to Bonneville. Yes, we leave next week and the first day of racing is Saturday August 8th. Tim and I installed the new 258 cu. in. de-stroked motor Saturday, it sounds great and different with a little more compression. Tim has (softly) twisted my arm for months to build this new engine with some interesting changes (still no after market parts inside). I will take it to Fresno tomorrow for some chassis dyno hp and tune info.

Good luck Charlie, John, I guess the rear end of those girls does form a Y so maybe you weren't wandering on us, you still had the Y in mind, just not the engine though.

It's a problem with attention span. I'm easily distracted. I hope no one was offended! It was a Rock-a-billy fest, not just cars.

I know my eyes are not as good as they used to be, but it appears that one of the pictures shows two girls holding hands. And another shot looks like someone is attending the "drags" in "drag". Please tell me I'm wrong.
