I seen some pics of the Y blocks that were used in south america and noticed the newer versions had different style of heads that were not available up here,does anyone know anything about the south american Y blocks.

The firing order was different on the Phase II engines which required a different cam blank.  Doing a search using Argentina heads in the search bar will bring up some previous posts regarding the South American Y’s.  Here’s a link to one of the threads to get you started.

Dear jeff:

Maybe you can delivery more power with the components that are currently on sale on your country.

Our problem with our Phase 2 engines are the poor(and only) design of the combustion chamber. It´s still need a job on combuscion chambers, ports and a piston with a big dome to reach a decent compression ratio.

If you want (and if you pay the shipment) I can sell you a set of heads, intake, cam and headers, but I think it doesn´t worth for 1 only set.

Was only my 2 cents!

I would imagine shipping would be very expensive but if I am ever down there I might see if I can take the parts back home with me.
