Hey moz,
You should be here in WA. Beautiful every day, so long as you can take the flies.
The utes are a bit short on the ground everywhere, though I know of perhaps two dozen here in the whole state of WA.
They copped such a hiding when new it is lucky there are any left. Farmers loved and the mining companies couldn't get enough of them. They loved the torque of them compared with everything else available here in Oz at the time.
If you loaded up a Holden, you couldn't get out of sight on a dark night.
Our Star models are even rarer, though for some reason at the moment some are coming out of the woodwork - been stuck in sheds for years.
I had a fellow in Newcastle email me the other day that he has just pulled his grandmother's 58 sedan out of the shed where it has been for 18 years and is going to look to bringing it back up to scratch.
He reckons it still has the clear plastic covers on the seats from new. It makes you wonder how many others are still out there.
Our Ford Day is on here in October, I will send some photos.
I am a member of a club here in Perth and at the last Ford Day we had 39 Cussos and Mainlines. Hopefully this year we will get a few more.
Regards
Rick

frank the reason we can drink so much beer is cause we have so much of it we have beer battered fish, beer battered chips, beer milkshakes, beer smoothies, beer icecream, beer hair shampoo, beer flavoured coffee for the alcoholics who cant get enough, hell cause of the drought we fill our pools & go swimming in the stuff. i can type in an american accent if you like easier to understand.

Thanks very much for the info regarding this item on ebay.
I managed to win the item so should have no problem.
I have been looking for something for so long I had given up any chance of finding anything on ebay. You made it very easy for me.
Thanks once again
Rick
