I changed it over to a hyperlink so now all you have to do is click it I'm just use to my quick keys on my MAC to do things. Thanks for the complements its been work but the pay off will be well worth it there isn't another one here in burbank so its fun to have something different around town I'm sure ill be laying out some new rubber lines on the main streets soon tomorrow depending on the weather ill be replacing the passenger floor board with a new piece of steel ill bead roll then weld it in and continue stripping the floor so i can paint it then insulate it and then start the wiring job.

great looking car... and congrats on doing the work yourself...

just a suggestion on the wiring... mark everything!! then look at it again and make sure it makes sense...

have you purchased a "wiring harness"?  if so, don't lose the documentation that should accompany it...

oh yeah, mark everything (did I already say that?) and take pictures as you remove the old wiring...

believe me, after hours on my back looking up under the dashboard and finally getting it right, how I wish I had taken just a little more time to mark the old wires, match them up with the new ones and then install!!

best of luck as you move forward!

Mark

i already destroyed the old wiring harness the kit i bought has 21 circuits all labeled i have a few tricks up my sleeve keyless entry and keyless start but must have a fob in the car to work like brand new lexus and bmw also bought this loom material so its better then factory all wires together for each section of the car rear front and dash and all my switches and dash board will have connectors so when i lay it in the car just a couple connections and its done and if anything needs to be fixed i can just unplug it and go also all lights in the car are LED and also the dash I'm making is going to be finned but have plexy glass in it with leds back lighting it hard to explain but as soon as its done ill take pictures of it as well.

more pictures to come in the next few days!

we exchanged replies not long ago about a radio... I'm looking for a 57 stock radio; are you replacing the one in your project with a newer one?

if so, would you like to get rid of the stock unit? if so,  please let me know.

thanks,Mark

color = Red couldn't resist. The photos made it look great but reality its the color i bought it with its a cheap single base paint i color sanded and buffed it to get it to be shiny, but single base paint has a clear mixed in so it doesn't stay shiny i plan on painting the body a copperish gold color with a pearl in the clear and the roof black with a thick silver flake. Below is the color but i want the paint to have a glossy clear with a pearl added. today i finished the back half of the cars wiring so im moving along.

gama gold smaller
