Thanks for the replies guys, I was asking for future reference yesterday,,,,today I went to look at the car and saw the manifold for the first time, it was a rear drop type suitable for duals. The car was for sale at a fair price so I had to check it out,,hoped for a real find,,LOL,, not bad for an original FLA car, ( in NC ). Had '92 sticker, plain jane 3 sp., heater delete! Frame OK minimal tin rot, 83000, runs, but not something I need to start on.   I have a '57 F 600 with the 'horn headers, got them some years ago for $30 bucks,, didn't know what a deal that was at the time.              Park

Park:

The stock manifold on your car is as good as it gets.  The rams horn will not work in a passenger chassis, but flow wise it is probably not much improvement over the '57 and later manifolds.

Park: Welcome to the site. However, not sure I understand your question? Is your car currently single exhaust? If so any 57 & up Y-blk left manifold will work fairly well. 55-56 will work but are smaller in volume.
