I was just looking at Parts used to attach Intake to Heads. (4)  3/8 x 1 1/8 Bolts and (2) 3/8 x 13/4 Bolts. (6) Flat Washers. Parts Catalog does not indicate any Lock Washers used. Is it missing from Parts Catalog or is there a reason Lock Washers not used?
