I have to replace the rod and main bearings in my 56 Merc.  The engine is in the car.  
As I look for the bearings, I find prices from $160.00 from JEG,S to $800.00 at another site.  
Does anyone have experience purchasing bearings from other sites.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks Larry
