Ok guys. I'm mocking up a turbo kit in Tennessee for my wife's 58 F600 in Oregon. We're going to build the headers here on the mock up engine and cram the parts in our luggage for install in Oregon, before driving back to Tennessee.

Problem is our mock up engine is a 54 239 with a front sump pan. Our truck has the 6qt HD pan circled in the picture I stole from Ted below.

Does anyone have one of these pans laying around they can measure depth of profile at the bolt holes starting from the front of the engine back? I need to run the turbo cross over under the front of the pan and our mock up is completely wrong for this.

Thanks so much!

I measured a pan today.  I laid it flat on my workbench, and measured to a traightedge across  the bottom of the pan.  So the measurements would be from the bottom of the block to the bottom of the pan.  Measurements were taken with a steel rule.  Here's what I got. At the front, behind the front holes, at the beginning of the flat of the pan, 4 1/4", at the second hole, 4 1/2",  at the third hole, 4 9/16, at the 4th hole, 4 15/16, at the 5th hole, 5" and the start of the taper to the rear sump.  At the 6th hole, 6 1/4, at the 7th hole, 6 1/4, at the 8th hole, 6 1/4, at the 9th hole, 5 1/2 as it starts to taper to the back wall  of the pan.  The holes I  refer to are the pan bolt holes.  I measured along the left  (driver) side of the pan.  Hope this is what you wanted.
