Considering that 4032 has a higher silicon content, expands less, and allows for tighter piston-to-cylinder-wall clearance, wouldn't it be a better choice for anything other than all-out racing?

May not mean much for auto engines but when I installed high silicon higher compression JE pistons in my Harley Davidson the recommended bottom skirt clearance was .000”. The shop doing the cylinders made them .002”. He had been doing my machine work for 25 years when he did this and just was comfortable with the zero.
