That Schneider camshaft you list is somewhat similar in specs to the Isky 301 S-66-IN S598-EX camshaft.  The Isky camshaft has a good rumble in the exhaust and while providing good low-end power, it also does well in the fuel economy department.   I’ve had that particular Isky camshaft ground on lobe centerlines anywhere from 108° to 113° depending upon the application.  110° lobe centers are the go-to number for a standard shift application.  Here’s the spec sheet for the Isky.
