Good evening everyone. I recently installed a blue thunder intake with a road demon 650 cfm vacuum secondary carburetor. I went to install the fuel line to the carburetor that I purchased with the carb. The part number through Jegs is 555-15057. The line off of the carburetor is too long. Where the two lines meet contacts the oil fill tube. Does anyone have any suggestions? What line are you guys using? Thanks in advance.

Been there. You’ll end up building one, or using something along these lines. Gives you more flexibility from the front end of the T to route things. Whatever you do should have support of some sort. I know a million don’t, but I don’t like fuel lines hanging and vibrating. Had one crack once. Surprising how much fuel sprays out. Got lucky, caught it before the fire started.

^^^^^^^^One of the nice things about a Summit carb is the fuel line in the box. Can be hard lined or flexible hose.

I purchased a 1" spacer and that seems to have given me enough room to get it past the fill tube. Gotta figure out how to mount my coil back in place now. Joe, what coil bracket are you using?

Stock coil bracket.  Same for almost all Fords using yellow top coil.  Joe-JDC

Another option for the coil is a stand-up coil bracket.  I use these when the coil is oil filled rather than epoxy filled.
