If just R an R trans it makes no sense. Get a factory manual, explains everything.

Need more info on what your are wanting to do. 

I seem to recall a post where someone showed how they cut out  and replaced the section . they wanted to be able to raise the tranny strait up and in for easier r and r  , but I cant seem to find it    Fred
