Sounds like a fun trip! Was that 13 imperial MPG, or US MPG? What transmission/axle do you have?

1954 Crestline Victoria 312 4-bbl, 3-speed overdrive

Last weekend we did a 750 mile round trip from New Plymouth to Gisborne in our 292 powered '54 Ranchwagon towing a pop up caravan. Not big miles for some of you but here in New Zealand that's quite a trip. The trusty Y Block didn't let us down all trip.
