When you say engine mid plate, are you referring to the bellhousing?  Do you still have the throw out bearing arm or is that missing also?  I have those but boxing and shipping to Florida would be expensive.  My contact information is located at www.eatonbalancing.com  .

Never saw a plate between the flywheel and the block on a Ford Y.  I am not aware of those plates on the Ford FE engines until the 1965 model year which corresponded to the starter drive change on those engines.
