If you are mounting the coil on the engine horizontally I would suggest using the epoxy filled rather then oil.

The igniter is # 91281, the coil 45011. This is the black coil.  They do have a chrome one, don't know the #.   Just bought both about 3 months ago.  Working good. Got them through Amazon.

I have decided to upgrade my old Pertronix I and 1.5 Ohm Flame Thrower coil to a Pertroix II.  I have a stock 1957 Ford distributor in my engine with the ball bearing mounted plate and straight style vacumn advance rod.  Does any one know the correct Pertronix II conversion kit number and matching Flame Thrower coil that will work?  The Pertronix literature says my straight arm vacumn advance distributor is a 54-56.  This is clearly wrong as I took my distributor out of a totally unmolested 1957 Ford station wagon. Thanks!
