Do any of you guys in the SoCal area have a complete rear end for 1954 Ford car? I have a 9" Ford with disc brakes from the 1980's under my car and I want to go back to stock. Maybe we could work out some kind of trade...cash + the stock rear end for the 9" Ford??? I have an extra "pumpkin" with 4:10 gears so I might even consider a rear end with another gear ratio if I can't find a complete one with the 4:10 gears. A '52-'54 Mercury rear end with the 11" brakes would be a definite plus. Thanks, Alan

Allen,
yes I have one came out of my Ranch Wagon. Correct gear ratio as it had the overdrive.
pretty sure it has 11” brakes.
