Thanks Ive been looking at and everything is in their pretty tight, I am not the contortionist I used to be LOL, I have a pic of one out and he had the radio out also and the ashtray was still in. Good thing its winter cause the lever is stuck on hot so ive got plenty of time to ponder on it.

You may have to get the ash tray mount out besides .  Once those are out, you may be able to fix the cable w/o pulling the temp control out.

I need to take the temperature control fixture out as the top temp cable isnt connected, before I start trying to take it out I was wondering if anyone has any tips on getting it out I can see the screw on the drivers side and I cant get the ash tray out. Thanks
