I am local to CASCO, in Ohio, and was going to have them upgrade the pump with one of their impellers. They said they do not rebuild the pumps, and asked me if I was sure the pump was good. It was on a running motor last year, but don't know much about the pump. Thought I would just throw in a rebuild kit, but every where I look, they are out of stock. I just hate to throw a bunch of money at a problem that probably doesn't exist.

Unfortunatley the Pumps are now so old that it stands to reason there are few suppliers left in any form.. As somone mentioned to me recently, it isn't reasonable at this point in time to expect to be able to fix these issues easily & cheaply.. Those days are gone.. I can understand that Casco doesn't want to alter your pump only to have it not work properly & you be unhappy. Try the rebuilder name given back a couple of postings.. Good luck
