There always seems to be one stud , in the head for intake manifold that does not want to come out . I know ,some of guys here ,has a preferred method. I just don't  want to snap off , and make work for me ! Po olDavie

Works best if you have two grade 8 nuts with proper threads.  A grade 5 or less nuts will sometimes strip their threads, and the stud will still be intact.  Joe-JDC
