I got the power steering pump today. Everything looks good. I didn't realize how big the reservoir is. It should hold quite a bit of fluid.
I'll have to get everything cleaned up and see how things fit.

I am putting old school power steering on my 56 Ford F100 pickup. I plan to use the similar big truck power steering pump like the one in the photo. those pumps were used on the big trucks in the late 50's.

yes , the whole long block went to the west coast , last year , this pump just sold , and shipping tomorrow . Dave

Presume that is a truck only pump?..What year is the truck? Some later truck engines had H.D. rods, Forged steel cranks etc..
