Good Morning Folks
Been fighting weeping front brake lines where the hard line meets the flex hose for sometime.
Tried remaking the flared ends. (Imperial Eastman tool) Tried loosening and tightening repeatedly as recommended by someone. No luck.
Leaving the joints overnight I would wipe a finger around and get a wet smear of brake fluid.
Then I found 45 deg. conical copper washers by Parker Hannifin  on Amazon. They seem to work. No weeps for 2 - 3 days.

Hope this is what you want.
You don't get much for your money but they certainly worked for me.
Apparently they are brass, they look copper.

That's interesting. I've struggled with double flaring brake lines in the past as well. Might be a good thing since I have 8 miles of brake lines to re make on my old truck sooner than later.

Have you tried these when under pressure?

I use an Eastwood double flare tool which I found makes perfect ends when I did my disc brake conversion. I was sure I tightened everything. I found 4 weepers when my wife held the pedal down. I continued to tighten them until they quit. I would have never thought it would take so much; I was sure some would strip out. I was very surprised how much a fitting and threading can take.
