Anyone find that the Best Gasket, valve cover gaskets are too big? There are 2 types in the set and the plain ones are too long while the ones with the "tabs" are a little better, but the tabs are nearly twice as wide as the tabs on the valve cover.

I will typically lightly or partially slot the sides of the cork valve cover gasket tabs with a knife to facilitate them fitting within the slots on the 1960-1964 Y valve covers.  The valve cover gaskets without tabs are designed for the aluminum valve covers and the valve covers for the 1954-1959 Y engines.
