Based on personal experience, where is the best, or what company is the best to purchase auto glass from? There is a big price differential between different sources, so I wonder if there is a big difference in quality and/or fitment. Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

I'm not much help, the only "vintage" glass I've bought is the door windows in my bird. They came from Larry's Thunderbird, right tint and fit fine. I'd guess most of the resto guys just resell the same product from whom ever manufactures it.

Auto City Classics in MN is  a
great place to source glass for our cars.
