This is not my listing.  I hadn't seen one of these.  While Ford made, it's apparently a replacement part produced and sold in the '60s over the Ford parts counter.
The seller indicates:
- Ford issued part, second edition
- Sold by Ford in the late '60s as a replacement unit
- factory installed flame arrestors
- heavier gauge metal used than 1st edition units
- new air filter included
