Hello I am working on a 1956 ford club sedan with a 292 engine . I did not take the engine out of the car . Can someone tell me if there is a fan spacer or does the fan mount right to the pulley on the water pump. If there is a space how big is it thank you.

you need a spacer and the fan should be close to 1/2 inch from rad.
