Added Note - this balancer has a Redi-sleeve on the seal area.  The sleeve is not worn.

Actually what you are seeing is the end of the Redi-sleeve that was put on.  The seal area on the redi-sleeve is good.

Looks like the donut has slipped back. My balancer was just rebuilt and that is what I am using as a comparison.
