Dana rears don’t have a pumpkin (drop out center section).

The whole rearend will bolt in, but that's a lot of work just to change gears. What is your reason to want to change rearends?

TBird rear is a nice way to drop the rear an inch or so.

I now see the error of my ways! I did not realize that the Danna was not a removable “pumpkin” type rear. The present unit in my 56 sun liner has a drone or whine at moderate speeds. I saw a Danna 44 for sale and thought that might be an easy fix. Thanks for your responses.
