I have an Isky 301333 cam in my TBird. Assuming you haven't changed the heads or rockers, the stock push rods will work.  The stock Ford push rods are like spaghetti and are likely to bend or break.  I charged to the thicker tubular push rods and haven't had a problem.  I also have stock valve springs.
