I'm having a tough time finding the part number or a place to get a kit for the expansion plugs for my 239 ci in my 1954 Ford Country Sedan. I've called MAC's and they don't have them and checked C&G but still can't find them. The one that is leaking  is the one at the forward end of the passenger side head. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Matt

These are called Cup Type Frost Plugs. According to my Parts Book the 4 Plugs in the Heads, 1 at each end are 1 3/4". Same as the Ones in the Block which is either 4 or 6. The Original Ford # was 357217-S. Same Plugs were used in all Y Blocks up to "64. Your local Parts Store should have that Size in Stock or can order them for You. I got a Couple from my local Parts Store in Stock.. I am not aware of a Kit that has all required block and Head Plugs although they may come in a complete Overhaul Kit sold by Companies like Falcon Global and others. I used some Permatex Aircraft Gasket Solution to make installation easier when you tap them into Place. If those are not the Plug You are looking for let Me know. All Plugs are shown in Parts Book with Sizes.
